Sometimes you just need calm strength. A steady, expansive energy — a breath within and beyond your body – moving you like a calm ocean and wide calm pool beyond the now, beyond the immediacy of our own present panic, anxiety, fear. We breathe. We lift up, allow our chest to open. Feel the silent tears inside of our inner fear and sadness. But we breathe and look outward, hopefully to see and feel something on the wider periphery of our vision. And here we can breathe, access our daily joy, our calm strength. Not as something that “is”. But as something we tap into, embody, even struggle with moment to moment.
Breathe and find your calm strength. Know that center of your heart.
