Your Topics

Coaching topics will vary depending on the kind of setting we are working in.

In the workplace, topics may relate to:

  • Developing new skills
  • Stepping into a new role
  • Facing a perceived set back
  • Communication
  • Management
  • Leading
  • The topic is as specific as you are, so may be in any area

In a personal coaching environment, some topics may touch on:

We work on all issues.  The focus is you, your capacities as a person.

Possible areas for coaching topics:

  • Work & executive development
  • Career
  • Relationships
  • Work-life balance
  • Life change
  • Self and Body
  • Loss

The topic doesn’t have to be single or simple.  Coaching will bring new information.  The goal is to come out from being stuck, deepen into what is possible, and bring all of you to your topic. The topic is approached across multiple streams (areas where you already bring resources into your life and topics).  It is aimed at bringing you more into contact with your natural way of being, and develop your underlying skills.

My training is in learning, in the most holistic sense.  I bring techniques and facilitate your process for finding new ways to be authentic, step into the next stage of yourself (and what you do), and become unstuck.  We work practically and in ways specific to you – the often painstaking process of making change on many levels and the subtlety of creating internal change are not things you need to do alone.

By creating a space and a process for yourself, you can reduce your anxiety, step more fully into yourself, and accelerate your development. As you deepen into embodied change in one area, it opens possibilities elsewhere as well.

However, the focus is on you as an entire human being.  So the dimensions of you are not limited, depending on the setting we work from.
