There are both neuroscience and human change dimension to coaching.
– When the brain is cleared and supported to access both its PFC and its amygdala then clearer thinking and new ideas and insights can emerge.
– Also, there are dimensions of fundamental learning, connecting in on those innate capacities for practice and awareness and new perceptions, actions, and environments we create is what it is about.

Change uses your head, heart and body

Without integration, its incomplete.
